6) What does that include?_________________________________________________

7) What length lease will you entertain?________

8) What’s the Common Area/Loss Factor of the Building?_______

9) What is your parking ratio? _______ per _________sq.ft.

10) Is your parking on-site or off? _________

11) Is parking free or is there a monthly fee? _________

12) How much are your operating expenses?_______ and how are they handled in your lease?________

13) What kind of amenities does the building offer?

14) When would you be available to show me the building?

There are many questions that can be asked but I suggest you keep the phone conversation as brief as possible getting enough information to decide whether a tour of the building is worthwhile.
